Childbirth Education 
If you don’t know your options, you don’t have any. Our private childbirth education classes are taught one on one, in your home or via Zoom. We build each class around what your family actually needs to know. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, we have a class for you.
Labor Doula Support
Birth is not one size fits all and neither is our support. When you hire Tucson Doulas for labor, you get a team. Two experienced doulas get to know your preferences and how to best support you before labor begins. Your team is on call from the day you hire us. We are ready to help you navigate labor and birth no matter what direction it takes.
Postpartum Doula Care
The postpartum period is one of the most vulnerable times in a family’s life. Our postpartum doulas are there for whatever you need most in that moment. Newborn care while you sleep. Feeding support. Help around the house. Someone experienced sitting with you while you find your footing.
Placenta Encapsulation Services
Your placenta specialist does more than process your placenta. While they are in your home, they check in on you and your baby. They answer questions. They provide support that makes those first days a little more manageable. All services are performed in your home to the highest safety standards.
