Your Tucson Doulas are excited to announce the launch of private prenatal and postpartum yoga classes in the Tucson community!
Here at Tucson Doulas, we understand that you have a busy life. We also understand that you want to invest time in preparing your body and mind for the birth of your baby. Far too often our busy schedules can conflict with allowing us to give our mind and body some much-needed self-care.
Or perhaps you’re new to yoga and want to explore the benefits in the privacy of your own home. You might also be a bit self-conscious about your changing body and the strange noises it makes. Ok, we’re gonna say it, you might be scared of pregnancy gas!
Our yoga classes offer one-on-one instruction tailored to your individual body type, lifestyle and overall health. Your instructor designs your classes to meet your unique needs.
Private classes allow you to connect more deeply with your body and baby through yoga. One on one classes can also help to build confidence, when needed, for group classes.
Classes are one hour long, and longer classes can be provided upon request.
